Security and transparency are built into how betsky handles your account from day one.

Data Handling

We collect only the data required to operate your account — name, contact details, and payment method records for UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe transactions. No data is sold or rented to marketing third parties under any condition.

Cookie Policy

Our site uses functional and analytics cookies to maintain your session and improve how pages load on your device. You can manage cookie preferences from the settings panel on any page without affecting your account access.

Account Security

Two-step verification is available on all accounts and we strongly encourage you to activate it. Login attempts from unrecognised devices trigger an automated alert to your registered mobile number or email before access is granted.

Data Retention

Account records, including transaction logs for PhonePe and Paytm payments, are retained for the period required by applicable law. After that window, data is deleted or anonymised in accordance with our retention schedule.

For formal data-related requests — including access requests, correction requests, or deletion requests — email our designated privacy contact. We process all formal requests within the timeline required under applicable Indian data protection norms.

Requesting Changes

Access to betsky depends on local law and is available where local law permits. It is your responsibility to verify that using this platform complies with the regulations in your specific state or region before opening an account.

We collect your name, email address, mobile number, and the payment method details needed to process UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe transactions. We do not collect more data than is necessary to operate and secure your account.

Submit a written data access request to our privacy email address with your account ID included. We will confirm receipt within two business days and provide the requested data within the timeline set by applicable Indian data protection standards.

Yes. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting our legal team in writing. Note that some records, particularly financial transaction logs for UPI or Paytm activity, must be retained for a minimum period under applicable law before deletion.
